Yes, always test your disposable before leaving the store. Once a disposable vape has left our property, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Our staff are happy to help you test your device at the counter.
Fill e-liquid or salt juice only to the max fill line on your tank or pod. Overfilling can cause leaking, gurgling, and may flood the coil — reducing performance and lifespan. If you're unsure, ask a staff member for a demonstration at any location.
Car chargers often deliver inconsistent voltage which can damage battery cells and shorten device life. Always use a proper wall adapter in a controlled environment.
Always use the charger that came with your device or a manufacturer-approved replacement. Do not use cell phone chargers. They often have different voltage outputs that can overcharge or damage vape batteries.
Overcharging is a leading cause of battery degradation and in rare cases safety issues. Follow the manufacturer's recommended charge time and unplug once fully charged.
All sales at Smokers Haven are final. We ask all customers to test disposables before leaving the store property. No refunds or exchanges are offered on disposables once they've left our premises. A store manager may make an exception for verified manufacturer defects on a case-by-case basis.
